About
Someone who understands —
because she's been there.
15+ years inside federal agencies, federal law firms, and disability case development — combined with personal experience navigating these same systems.
Emily Hall is a Federal Retirement Consultant (FRC) and Associate Disability Management Specialist (ADMS) with a background spanning Army paralegal work, federal agency operations, and federal employment law firm support. She understands how federal systems work, where people get stuck, and what actually matters when navigating disability-related transitions.
As a disabled veteran navigating the same systems her clients face, Emily brings both professional expertise and genuine empathy to every engagement. She's not just advising from the outside — she understands what it feels like to be inside the process, dealing with uncertainty, and needing someone in your corner.
She built The Federal Disability Review because she saw too many federal employees making critical decisions without the strategic guidance they needed — not because they weren't capable, but because no one was helping them see the full picture.
"You deserve someone who will take the time to understand your situation — and give you the clarity to move forward with confidence."
This is not a volume practice. Emily personally handles every engagement — no junior staff, no hand-offs. Limited capacity ensures each client receives focused, personal attention and guidance tailored to their specific situation.
