Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website operated by The Federal Disability Review, LLC ("TFDR," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
Description of Services
The Federal Disability Review, LLC provides strategic consulting services for FERS-covered federal employees navigating disability-related transitions. Our guidance is tailored to each client's specific situation and may include assessment of eligibility and options, reasonable accommodation process strategy, documentation and evidentiary guidance, process navigation, attorney referral coordination, and post-approval transition support.
The scope of each engagement is determined through consultation and varies based on individual circumstances. We do not sell fixed packages — services are flexible and adapted to what each client actually needs.
All services are delivered remotely. The Federal Disability Review, LLC does not file disability retirement applications, prepare SF 3112 forms, pull or manage medical records, provide legal advice, or appear before any federal agency on behalf of clients.
Scope & Limitations
The Federal Disability Review, LLC is not a law firm, medical practice, or financial advisory firm. Emily Hall is not a licensed attorney, physician, or financial advisor. Our services are educational and strategic in nature.
For legal representation — including MSPB appeals, EEO complaints, or formal proceedings — clients must retain a licensed attorney. For medical determinations, consult your treating physician. For tax or financial matters, consult a licensed financial professional.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome. Every case involves unique circumstances, and final determinations are made by federal agencies or OPM. Our role is to provide strategic guidance and help you understand your options clearly.
Payment Terms
Submission of a consultation request does not create a binding agreement. An engagement is established only upon mutual confirmation and agreement to payment terms. Pricing is as published at the time of engagement confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation receive a full refund. Once consulting services have been rendered, fees for completed work are non-refundable. Contact [email protected] with questions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFDR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services — including loss of benefits, income, or employment, or decisions made based on information provided. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, not misrepresent your identity or circumstances, not use our services for any unlawful purpose, and not interfere with the proper functioning of our website or systems.
